Omega-3 Fatty Acids are essential for maintaining firm, healthy skin and are major structural
constituents of all cell membranes. The Omega-3 line utilizes three different forms of omega-3 fatty
acids including ALA from flaxseed, EPA and DHA from fresh salmon oil. We also add Vitamin E, an
antioxidant, to preserve the activity of the delicate omega-3 structure.
Omega-3 fatty
acids provide many benefits including reducing inflammation, improve absorption of vital nutrients,
improve moisture retention, reduce the harmful effects of UV rays from the sun and more. Additionally,
the moisture that Omega-3 Fatty Acids provide to the skin don’t add oiliness, which is good for both
